I live in Canada and ordered two items—a brush and a curling iron. The delivery company left the package outside my building without any prior notice, even though I had specifically requested that it be left at my door and they had all my contact information. As a result, the items were stolen. I had been so excited, eagerly awaiting my order—it’s truly upsetting. Needless to say, my experience was not good at all. quite the opposite of my experience with Tymo, where everything went perfectly.
