Deceiving advertising
Be aware. They do not do the 2 main things that led me to buy them. #1 they do not adjust to load. They are just regular ol ratchets that stay firm once you tighten them. #2 they are not "soft" what so ever. I thought when they said soft ties, that they would have some sort of microfiber lined portion that goes over your bike. Nope. Its just regular ol' ratchet material. No better than the rubber lined hooks on a regular ratchet. So.......... very disappointed in this product and the money i wasted on it. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Very poor and deceiving description they chose to use. Straight up conning people.
