Needed two or three shaves to “break in the brush”. Holds the lather very well and is super comfortable for my face. I used Red Stallion soap with the brush.

This is an absolutely fantastic silvertip badger brush! The handle shape is comfortable in my hand which gives me control in lathering the cream, the knot size matched with the long loft bristles results in excellent shaving cream density on my skin and the weight and balance of the brush result in shaving comfort and performance. I have been so pleased with the Mondial product line. I also have a HMW (high mountain white) badger brush. They each have their benefits and I enjoy both of them.
