Baylis Cartridge Razor Handle in Ivory Resin

Looks great, was expecting it to feel a little more substantial in my hand

It looks nice and the Gillette fusion cartridge snaps in place perfectly. It’s lighter in weight than I was expecting and if I’m honest, it feels a little “plastic-y” in your hand and the smooth surface and makes it a little slippery if the handle gets wet. But it looks great and is a big upgrade in the looks department from the standard Gillette handle. I was just expecting it to feel a little more substantial given the price.

Ordered the Baylis Handle for myself and after a few shaves adjusting to a new feel and balance, immediately ordered one for my son (to go with his new Wooden Bowl of Bergamot & Neroli) and our Baylis Best Badger brushes. Actually look forward to--and enjoy shaving again after decades of dread. Will be a Mondial customer for life.
