I needed A/C and tried “window “ units. They failed within a year. The product was ship quickly and in two separate deliveries. I reviewed the instructions and installation a few times. Before I started the installation. The step by step instructions are very clear and detailed. After several stops at Lowe’s and harbor freight. Got the unit installed. I recommend getting a tubing bender I tried to ‘hand bend’ the refrigerant lines and I did kink and then opened a hole. I was able to cut the bad section out and properly bend the refrigerant lines. This unit 24,000 btu is amazing it is so quiet and works so well. For under $2,000.00 I have A/C the service company wanted over $16,000 just to replace the outside unit. I am absolutely going to purchase more units from them. I have a ‘man cave’ and wish I could get a two head unit from them (ducted and wall). Stellar product !!!

I haven't used my most recent purchase of the Rovsun unit, but I have in the past and I'm very pleased with the product and workmanship. Can't wait to get this unit installed and running.
