Good communication but item was missing a part and customer service had to ship later. Also, one screw needed to be forced in in order to assemble. Otherwise, they are well made and function well.

Honestly, a great product. One of the parts included was either wrongly manufactured OR intended for a different product, but I was able to get it close enough to work. This is why it's not all five stars. In every other way, fantastic. Very high quality, assembled beautifully (when I had the right parts) and looks like a million bucks.
