Honey Rattan Charger | Set of 4

Part 1 The product itself is beautiful and has great potential, but my overall experience was very disappointing. Shipping took forever—I had to reach out to the seller when the tracking showed my package stuck in another state. They eventually responded and explained there was a problem with the shipping label that had to be corrected, which caused more delays. When the package finally arrived, the box was completely destroyed. Out of the two sets of chargers I ordered, several were bent and damaged. Since they are made of rattan, they are fragile and do not sit flat if bent. Some also had scrapes and marks. I immediately contacted customer service, sent photos, and asked for a replacement. Instead of helping, they told me my photos were unclear—twice. After resending pictures, I gave up and requested a return label for all items. Their response was that I could return the product at my expense of time and effort, and only after inspection they would decide if I’d receive a refund.
