Turquoise Treasures - Subscription Box

Love this box!!

I was really disappointed with my experience. I signed up for the subscription box because I don’t own many staple jewelry pieces and was genuinely excited to receive something special. Unfortunately, my item arrived broken. When I reached out for help, the only solution offered was for me to glue the item back together myself. There was no offer of a refund or replacement, which was very discouraging…especially considering this was a paid subscription. Additionally, the customer service email they provided does not work. I had to track down a phone number and text for support, and even then, there was still no meaningful resolution. This experience felt careless and unprofessional, and it really took the excitement out of what was supposed to be a treat for myself. I would not recommend subscribing based on this experience.
