Here in Holualoa (we grow coffee too) we are drinking coffee till way after sunset. 100% Hawaiian is the best coffee in the world. However after dinner we change to decaf. Kauai’s Swiss water decaf is the answer to sleeping at night for our family while not lowering our coffee standards. Simply it tastes exactly like the medium roast without the chemical decaffeinating process that most growers use. Tastes great. Take the challenge.
