I’ve been combining cordyceps with the tonic blend (which does contain smaller amounts of cordyceps). I’ve found increased energy and better mood from this. Cordyceps = energy and motivation. Tonic blend = better mood and focus. You don’t have to use the mix but I’ve found it works for me. Customer support is outstanding also. Highly recommended.
