Shower Filter Pro Bundle (2-Pack)

I ordered two filters from Filterbaby, one of them leaks terribly so I emailed their customer service (they don’t have any other way to contact them), I received an automated reply that said they would be in touch, that was Saturday, by Wednesday I still hadn’t received any communication from them, so I sent a follow up email asking for a response, its now Friday and I’ve still not heard from them. For a product that is significantly more expensive than their competitors I expect much better.

Besides the almost 3 month wait for delivery. My skin is dry and there are hard water spots in my shower. I didn't have these issues with previous filters that were less expensive. I am very disappointed.
