Diamond Series Shower Refill (4-Pack)

I ordered a 4-pack of Diamond Filter refills but received only 1 Diamond filter and 3 Pro filters. After reading through the reviews, I’ve seen that many other customers have reported receiving incorrect orders as well. This seems to be an ongoing issue that the company has not addressed. Accurate order fulfillment is a basic expectation, and this experience has left me disappointed with both the product and the company’s customer service.
