The 17 oz slubby denim is amazing, nice weight to it and still breathable. Sizing and measurements from the Strike Gold chart is on point. Classic Straight with the 2 inch cuff is the way to go! Last but not least, shipping to US west coast was super fast! Highly recommend Klaxon.

Grail Denim Achieved...and worth it

I have wanted a pair of The Strike Gold slubby jeans for about 10 years now and I finally got a pair. They do not disappoint. The look and feel of the denim is like no other. The fit and finish is top notch and the service from Klaxon is outstanding. Japan is known for high quality denim and The Strike Gold is one of the best in Japan. I look forward to fading these over the next many years.
