Marquis Duvet Set

this duvet you see in this picture looks way nicer than what i received, the one I got it’s poorly made and incomplete, NO RUFFLE AND CORNERS AND AROUNF THE EDGE L, no TIES for insert and missing buttons. IT ALSO HAS A BED SMELL. I have tried to contact JQueen for days now with no luck they chose to ignore my emails, this it went from a happy shopping to a horrible experience, first time ever and it will probably be the last! the only good thing is the fabric color and pattern. Macy’s has better products for less money! don’t waste your money. I requested a return slip or my money back and got none back. wish me luck. this product it’s incomplete and poorly made.
