Solid product, poor fulfillment

The product is great when you receive the correct item. My most recent order arrived with a handwritten label instead of official branding and a bottle that appeared smaller than what was advertised. At $24 including shipping, that is not what one would expect. Customer service responded quickly and acknowledged the mix-up, but sent only a spray cap as the resolution rather than replacing the product. Disappointing for the price point.
