Disappointed x2

1st ride on the new tires and got a rear flat in tire from a rock puncture (had 29 psi). I put a plug in and it’s holding air. (I know this could happen to any tire, but it’s a trail I ride all the time and never got a flat before and just sad that it was the 1st ride on them). 2nd disappointment for me was the rubber on my front wheel is warped. I’ve tried working it out several times by re installing and massaging but there is a section that is just warped so it looks out of true as it spins. The rim is true, the tire is not. I had hoped it would work itself out after riding, but two long rides in and it’s the same.
