Apple Cinnamon

Hooray for tasty, softly crunchy apples!

The apples rehydrated overnight and were a lovely textural contrast to the oats - a bright bit of cinnamon, and voila - you have a bit of Fall in a bowl of comforting oats. I like my Dozy oats served cold, and this was a perfect way to start my day!

I can’t believe how amazing this is…absolutely delicious! The cinnamon and apples are plentiful and the oats are not soggy! It’s amazing!!!
