Eternity Hoop Earrings

I can't open the earring. The other earring opened just fine but the second one is jammed/bent and will not open. This is right out of the package.

They don’t latch very securely. Every time I wear them out I feel like I am going to lose them. They have fallen off many times now, luckily so far they have gotten caught in my hair so I haven’t lost them yet.

The clasp of these earrings don't connect and they won't stay on. Very disappointed, they are cute earrings.
