Game Changer

If you’re trying to get that clean, structured look in your bags, Bontex is it. I’ve used a few different stiffeners, and this one actually does what it’s supposed to without feeling bulky or cheap. It’s sturdy but still workable, which makes cutting and shaping way easier than I expected. Once it’s in the bag, it holds its form beautifully—no sagging, no weird bends, just a nice crisp structure that makes everything look more high-end. I also love that it doesn’t add a ton of weight. That was a big deal for me, especially on larger bags. Overall, if you want your bags to look more polished and professional, this is 100% worth using. It’s one of those materials you don’t realize you needed until you try it—and then you won’t go back.

I didn't know it was like this

It seems like it's just cardboard without a gloss surface. It's not going to return to shape if it's folded or creased. I don't think it's ideal for stiffening leather projects that need to have the ability to move around.
