Drawing Textbook

Re-discovered after years of searching

I loved this book as a child, but to my chagrin my parents got rid of it in a cross-country move. I've been looking for it for years but was unable to remember the author or title, which made the search difficult. Five years after posting about it on Reddit, someone finally shared the link to this site and I re-ordered it within minutes! This is such a great set of instructions, even for people with no inherent artistic inclincations like myself. (When my husband flipped through it a few days ago, he said - "Oh, this is why you're so good at Pictionary!")

Fun for the whole family

I purchased 1 book that my husband and kids have been working through the book together. They absolutely love it! Short and clear excercises. Teachings drawing as language for communicating ideas. My child's drawing skills have improved so much. We love it so much we purchased another for my mother who is retired.

A great guide!

We’ve just started using this drawing textbook in our morning time during homeschool. We are using it with ages 39 (myself), 17, 15, and 9. So far I think it’s going well! We are doing one exercise per day. I’m excited to watch us progress. And as a side note, the customer service of this company was FANTASTIC!
