Blown Away

Literally and figuratively we are blown away. This is hands down the best hair dryer we've ever used. It's quieter, stronger, faster and more customizable than our previous hair dryer.

Not ideal

I’ve heard great things about the brand so was super excited to try it! The size and power were what I was looking for but the 3200 model was way too heavy for everyday blow drying on clients. Return process was super inconvenient. I had to pay for shipping AND was charged 20% for “restocking fee” on top of me having to send it back. Was looking to get a different model but just too inconvenient and too many fees with Parlux. Will be going to Cosmoprof, Salon Centric or Ulta to avoid the Parlux hassle
