The product itself is excellent, and I’m really happy with the quality. It does exactly what I hoped it would, and I’d happily recommend it based on the product alone. However, I’m disappointed by the number of emails I’ve received asking me to leave a review. One reminder would have been fine, but the repeated requests have become annoying and have taken away from an otherwise great customer experience. A great product shouldn’t need constant prompts for feedback. I hope the company reconsiders its review request strategy.
