V-Neck With Tassel

Buyer beware. Buying this shirt has been the start of a nightmare of a journey. My original order was split into two shipments. During that process a new “order” was put into their system to presumably prompt the shipping of this blouse. However the system thinks now that i didnt pay for it and created a $89 invoice. Meanwhile the shirt arrived and was missing the bauble on one of the tassles. I tried to return it. First, they charge $8.99 to return an item, even if it is defective! Also it won’t allow me to complete the return until i pay the $89 invoice that was created in error! I wrote to customer service and eight days later reveived a condescending email that said i was confused. They did not address the issues with billing or why they charge to return a defective item. I will never buy from APNY again and urge caution to anyone who does.
