Aubusson Beige Washable Rug

I dislike this carpet because of the terrible wrinkles from the small shipping package. I understand trying to be environmentally aware but the first carpet I ordered from you was in a cardboard tube and we loved the carpet. I do not wish to wash the new one and I don't use fabric softener at all. After laying this new carpet flat for 2 weeks, the wrinkles are still not out of it.

The rug came quickly and it looks even better than in photographs. We love it.
