Pay a premium price for broken material..

I ordered edging for my concrete countertop, and I’m not complaining about the price I mean after all I chose to do one. But imagine my or anyone else’s surprise to find two pieces of the break away edging already broken 1’+ on each piece. Very dissatisfied, highly doubt I will ever order from here again and I do have the need to order again soon. Customer service is an absolute joke no response via email just get passed around when you call nobody wants to do the right thing after sending out broken materials.
