Beef Bourguignon With Root Vegetables

Very disappointed with the meal as the beef was not tender at all and in addition to the toughness of the beef, almost half of it was fat that I had to remove from the beef and basically only ate half of the meal. I wonder how the fat mentioned in the meal description is calculated because the fat in this one was definitely higher than 22 g.

One of my faves, always a nice treat to end the week.
