Great product and customer service

I received my smoke boards kit as a gift and was thrilled to get it. Sadly, my first attempt to use the kit was marred by a malfunctioning butane torch. I reached out to the customer service who both apologized and offered a replacement torch which arrived at my door a few days later. This past weekend I was able to make my first smoked old-fashioneds which were thoroughly enjoyed by both my wife and me. I highly recommend your product.

Replacement Torch

I got a smoke boards cocktail drink smoke kit as a gift for Christmas. The torch that came with the kit, coughed and sputtered, shot out an excessive flame, wouldn’t stop immediately when trigger was released. Obvious faulty issues. I emailed customer service, they replied quick and had a replacement torch shipped to me ASAP. New torch is perfect!
