Very comfortable! And provides subtle all around support around the ribs, back and even the hips as it is a longer cut. I find it very comforting on “achey back” days.
I find it supportive enough to wear without a bra at home and for pilates. But it will not give you the most flattering lift or shape as street-wear if you have a larger (or mature) chest. Would recommend!

Great tank and leggings! A bit of work for this old gal to put the leggings on but makes for the compression that feels so good!
I do find that the tank tends to ride up so I plan to sew on a silicone elastic band to the hemline.
Maybe an idea for you😉

This is wonderful quality, and I feel held-in while wearing it! This fits me a bit tight in the armpit area- I wish the arm holes had a bit more room. But I only notice this after wearing for several hours and this won't impede me from wearing it for workouts.
