Personalized Eucalyptus Luncheon Tray

Ordered 2 trays - one not correct

Ordered 2 trays. One came with incomplete engraving. Too late to give to our daughter/son-in-law on time for their 25th wedding anniversary. Called your office. Then sent a new one. The 1st didn't have the entire inscription on it. And had black smudge (kind of like a tarnist) on the upper edge and the "Wendell August Forge" seal on the back pushed a big bump onto to front of the tray...not behind the wreath part. Very thankful for the replacement sent & just returned our reject!

The tray looks great and will make a wonderful house warming gift. I appreciate that you were able to expedite the engraving.

One of many personalized items I have ordered Quality of all has been excellent
