Formal Complaint and Recommendation Against Aroma360 Subscriptions
I am writing to formally complain about the poor service from Aroma360. I mistakenly subscribed via their website and requested immediate cancellation. Their site doesn’t allow direct cancellations, which is concerning. After calling, I received a text confirming cancellation, yet I was charged again the next month. Despite emailing six times over two weeks, I received no response. I strongly advise against purchasing or subscribing to Aroma360 due to this terrible experience.
