I loved the product, but.....

I loved the product. And so did the person I gave it to. However communication from the company needs improvement. I sent 2 emails to check on my order, both times the response was the same. We're trying to get updates from our suppliers. Never received any tracking information. Package just arrived after a month of no communication.

Finally received my order, thank you for your customer service support and quick response. Here in Payson, Bigfoot is our town's mascot !

Excellent results however it took almost two months to receive my order. Even though it took a long time to receive my order I will still do business because the results were fantastic.
