The high waist Large are a good fit, but I haven't had any real leaks to test them yet! It is so unusually hot here at the moment, I think my body is using quite a lot of the liquid I drink, to try to keep me cool. When it cools down will be more of a test time, I think. I've noticed that I feel more confident when going out now. Thank you.
