Just a pattern purchase

I had no problems downloading the pattern purchased from you. I live in France so generally don't buy my yarn from Canada but i enjoy your newsletters and quite a few of the patterns.

Wonderful service

I was just introduced to Biscotte by a friend.. I asked for information about a discontinued kit and was immediately answered as to how to duplicate it. Then I ordered the recommended yarns on Saturday at noon--they were delivered exactly 3 days later! Amazing service and wonderful yarns. Paula
