Have this light beside my in my office, and turn the red light on just as a courtesy light when I'm out. The 'arm' tilts down enough to ensure it stays out of the direct light path of your eyes as well. Overall, love the light.

I use this light at work and love that it has full spectrum light and lower blue light options that I can change throughout the day. I like that the brightness is also adjustable and it is so easy to use.
