Great Cheesecake and Excellent Customer Service

The cheesecake, Banana Split, was a huge hit for my adult son’s birthday. There was a problem with delivery. The truck that was supposed to deliver broke down so it was delayed until late the following day. We’re in Texas and that day the temperatures had been in the 80s. By the time it arrived the dry ice was no longer frozen, and the cheesecake was runny. I notified the seller and they sent out a replacement cheesecake. When I received it, the dry ice was still frozen solid and the cheesecake was completely intact. The gentleman had told me that he packed it with extra dry ice just to be on the safe side because of what happened to the previous cheesecake. He gave the kind of customer service that makes you want to continue as a customer. Five star rating all the way.
