Perfect for forearm stand!

I’ve had this mat for a few months now and I absolutely love it. It’s perfect for on the go and great for arm balances. I got it in the green. It’s stunning and the grip is perfect! I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a mat specifically for arm balances etc.

My knees thank you!!!

I got the MiniMat because I find myself tapping out during poses that require me to be on my knees. The MiniMat offers an added layer of cushion and helps so much! You can put the MiniMat on top of your mat or underneath for that extra comfort during your practice. This has allowed me to go deeper with my poses and practice. Definitely worth the purchase! And the blue color is gorgeous too!
