Felted Slippers 14.5" Doll Clothes Crochet Pattern

Can't find the right yarn!

I have been unable to find lightweight wool yarn at my usual craft stores, so could not create the "felted" version. I never knit or crochet with wool, so don't have any scraps of it. I probably need to go to a specialty yarn shop, but that sounds expensive when my goal was to make shoes for my granddaughter's dolls without having to spend much money. Tiny shoes are so easily lost! So I ended up modifying the pattern to create smaller shoes/slippers using single crochet and some lightweight cotton yarn. They are cute, and my 5-year-old granddaughter enjoyed picking out tiny buttons and bows to decorate them with.

Cute and Easy

These adorable slippers are so easy. It is easy to felt them and get a perfect fit. They also stay on the feet, no cold toes for my granddaughter’s dolls!
