I am first a knitter and love my Chiao Goo needles. So when looking for good crochet hooks after crocheting for a while on cheaper metal hooks, I decided to try these. They are perfect for me. I did not like the ergonomic handles that are silicone and more round. These handles are flat and make an obvious place for my thumb. The hook itself holds the yarn beautifully and slides through tight amigurumi crochet very well. I highly recommend.
