I love the points on the needles. The cords while not perfect, are nicer than most needles i own.

Great small business and quality product

When I ordered, I didn’t know this was a small business, but was so happy I landed in their store. They have been communicative about the shipping and product from the beginning. The #15 ChiaoGoo circular knitting needles have performed well and apparently there is a manufacturer warranty, too. I had a difficult time finding the correct size and length and quality needles, Smartisans saved the day.

Because I so much love the Chiaogoo metal circulars, I wanted to try the bamboo. They are lovely. Smooth as can be. The cable, however, is not the red lace one we all love. It’s a clear plastic that requires soaking in hot water. Otherwise they would merit 5 stars and not the 4 I gave them.
