Hi, Overall, the experience of finding the gift, ordering and delivery was fantastic. It was a pleasant surprise to see the gift wrapped with bow ribbon. However, we usually like to inspect the gift (for quality) before giving to someone, that opportunity was lost, we could have opened and re-packed (but that is too much trouble!). Perhaps you can take a picture just before wrapping and send it in an email to let us know how the actual gift piece looked. This may need additional admin work for you, but a suggestion for your consideration. Cheers
