Great customer service

I had issues with my delivery and some of the parts ( both not the fault of soul ceramics), but they were very helpful in resolving my issues with both problems. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and timely on responses and help with all my questions and concerns. I would recommend them to anyone.

I love my new kiln.

My kiln arrived with the stand damaged. It was replaced immediately. I fired my first load yesterday and everything went smoothly.
