Great so far two weeks after applying to part of the gap between the basement slab and foundation along with installation of radon mitigation system in 33 year-old home.Product arrived in a timely manner. Application with caulk gun went smoothly. Time will tell regarding how it holds up. Bought enough to do the entire basement slab, which will take some time due to stuff against the walls.
