Taste

I was a little concerned it would have a bitter taste. I was wrong. I really like the taste. I mix it with hot water in the morning. It has replaced my morning coffee. I am very happy and will continue as part of my daily routine.

The cacao is smooth and seems to be good quality. I would also like to see you make a cacao product that just has a small amount of stevia to sweeten it up slightly, for a healthier alternative to a mocha latte. This unsweetened cacao is just still a little to bitter to consume plain in coffee, in my opinion. Thank you!

I'm enjoying this cacao powder. The taste is great and very chocolatey. I add it to my chia pudding with the Sunwarrior vanilla protein powder. I do wish it was more affordable so I can use it for all my baking needs too. With the current price I have to use it sparingly.
