Capybara Stud Earrings

Did not arrive

Wasn't sure that I would post a review. But as it says it helps for feedback that you can do better. I ordered two sets of earrings on the 2nd December. Two day delivery it said. Well I thought it would be here before the strikes of the royal mail started. But seems not. I email after 8 days of no arrival. I had a tracking number but it couldn't be tracked. So I emailed to see if they could track the parcel their end. So I was told to email back if it didn't arrive the next day of speaking. But we had no post for two days so I emailed to say no. So at last it arrives on the 19th December but there was only one. So I email to ask were the other one was they said if it doesn't turn up we will send out an other set. So I waited. Then I get an email to say that they hadn't sent it at all, only 1 set. And they would get it in the post ASAP. Though by this time it's 21st December. And there was an other strike 23rd and 24th. So my daughter wasn't getting her earrings for Christmas. So I waited and then emailed the company back on the 29th December as nothing had arrived ,asking for my money back. I get a email on 30th saying the earrings had been delivered did I get them. I was working at the time and didn't know. So don't get me wrong the product is great. Both my daughters thought they were cute. But I'm disappointed in the service and correspondence and that's why I give two stars. Yes the postal strike does have to blame for a bit of it. But to be waiting for something you forgot to send and not even a real apology. So cute products. But your lesson in business is always have time to read emails and correspond within a suitable time limit.

I'm always dubious about ordering via stuff advertised on FB. But the item arrived quickly and is lovely quality great seller thank you.

Beautifully made earrings! My daughter loves them. I'm so happy I was able to gift her something with her favourite animal.
