Initially, the online process went very smooth. Simple to crop and upload the photos we were looking to have made into stickers. However, when our proofs came through, they were comically incorrect. Very frustrating since it took a decent amount of time to prepare, crop, and upload the photos initially. Despite my frustration, customer service team reached out and explained the reason for the gross mistake being related to new software being utilized and they were anxious to correct the problem and make sure I was satisfied. I really appreciated the prompt contact and genuine desire to get things right. When the second proofs came through, they were perfect!
