I was thrilled when I first received the product, but within a week, the water pressure plummeted significantly. I reached out to customer care to inquire about the issue. What was supposed to take two business days ended up taking a couple of days, and by then, I had already requested a refund. I sent another email, but they didn’t respond to my refund request, only to reply to my previous email. I’m still waiting for a response regarding my refund. Additionally, when they eventually got back to me, they promised to assign someone to assist me within a specified number of business days, but that time has passed. The customer service is appalling. I strongly advise against purchasing this product because there’s no point in having a problem when no one is willing to help. P.s I’m still waiting for someone to get back to me on my refund which was 2 weeks ago.
