You guys have amazing customer service and I truly appreciate that! When the journal I ordered for my daughter was accidentally marked "in stock" but was actually out of stock, I received a prompt mail allowing me to re-order and get a bullet journal before Christmas. My daughter is very particular and will only use your bullet journals so that was great to be able to have it ready on Christmas day. She never askes for much at Christmas, but every year a Vivid bullet journal is on her list.
