Bracelet broke the same day it was received after 1 hour of wear. While there is a detailed care note stating the jewelry is delicate, what it should say is “look, don’t touch- do not wear” After reaching out to the company to let them know what happened we were asked for photos to establish repair potential and then we were offered a replacement if we would pay )at our cost at) a discount rate for the jewelry& shipping which I found to be disappointing and unacceptable given the circumstances. Sadly, I will not be a repeat customer.
