Great tie, even better service!

First, the tie is great. I suppose there isn’t too much to say about a regimental rep tie. The colors are crisp and the quality is as expected. Even better though, was the exceptional customer service I received after a shipping SNAFU. The USPS lost the package, and Mountain & Sackett went out of their way to get a new tie out to me in time for my daughter’s wedding, even scouring the warehouse to find one in the size I ordered. I’ll be a repeat customer.
