As long as firearms have been around, there's been a need to conveniently haul and distribute ammo to soldiers — as the old adage goes, "Ammo wins wars".
The Bandolier has seen usage all the way back to the days of black powder rifles. It could be seen adorned with brass on cavalry soldiers in the 19th century to action heroes with a sash

Fine Gear
Very nice gear. I was able to fit two PMAGs in each pocket with no problem and still able to close the flap lid. For mine, there was no need to wet it and then try to stuff in PMAGs to stretch it out, they fit great - not too loose and not too tight. The one sent to me was made in Nicaragua so perhaps they have different tolerances to the ones made elsewhere. Issue metal STANAG mags fit easily two per pocket, as well. When worn, it is comfortable and available adjustments are generous and (sample size of me) fit my rib cage well as I wore it on my left side. It does not move or bang around making noise or jab in the ribs or hip. Mags are easily accessible. I would recommend this bandoleer and intend to purchase another. Eight mags? Nicely done, Kommandostore!

Great Tool Kit
I mainly use the bandolier to hold screws, pliers and a few other tools when working around the house. It holds pretty well, the extra loops on the side are great for larger tools like a larger wrench but it may fall out due to it being elastic. Overall great piece of kit!

Great for unintended use
As a proud husband of woman who weighs a little over 600 pounds, the need for a snack or two is always something we plan on during outings. While I haven't tried stanags in this yet, its the perfect size for 16oz sharp cheddar bricks from Kroger (the misses loves her cheese). I can fit eight of those bad boys in this and still have space for wheat thins or her glucose test strips. LOVE YOU MICHELLE.
